REGISTRATION & PAYMENTS
Important Registration Details!
1. Fill out and submit the specific "GTQ Application Form" for the Global Treasure Quest event. (All other trips just require registering and no application fee. )
2. Please email us a "headshot" photo to: firstname.lastname@example.org
3. Pay the $29 application fee. *Click the "Pay Now" Button or mail a check made out to Hardcore Travel and send to: Hardcore Travel, P.O. Box 573, Johnstown, CO 80526
4. Once accepted, a $500 deposit for the Global Treasure Quest is required within 30 days of acceptance, which includes a non-refundable registration fee of $300 per person (part of the entry fee). Once accepted to be part of GTQ, we will confirm your registration and contact you by either phone or email to answer any additional questions you may have. We will be closing registration once the full number of (40) participants are registered.
- 60-45 days before departure = $1,000
- 31-45 days before departure = $3,100
- 15-30 days before departure = $6,300
- 0-14 days before departure = $8,600
5. A $500 deposit for all other trips is required within 2 weeks of acceptance. We will confirm your registration and contact you by phone to answer any additional questions you may have.
6. After registration, you will receive a digital "acceptance package" that will include a variety of forms and information: financial deadline dates, domestic ticket information, travel insurance, a medical questionnaire, competition rules, passport and country vaccinations info, packing list, visa info and deadlines, release form, fundraising details (for GTQ), and any additional forms that are pertinent.
5. Obtain/Renew your passport. It must be valid for 6 months after the trip.
6. All airline and hotel confirmations will be sent to you two weeks prior to the trip.
*1/2 of the trip cost is due June 1, 2018 - Final 1/2 of the trip cost is due within 30 days of our departure.
